This is a 28 Day Kick Start Program designed for those ready to start or restart their workout routine either at home or at the gym.

This is a great starter program for those who want to lose weight and those new to weightlifting. This workout will aide in weight loss as well as overall body composition if followed with a healthy diet.

The workouts should last about 30 minutes or less and you can do them from home or in a gym! Which is great for our busy people!

Day 1 and Day 28 are the same workout so that you can compare how well you have improved! This is great for those who aren't necessarily trying to lose weight but want to improve their general fitness. If you aren't measuring how you have improved from Day 1 to Day 28 from a scale or inches on your body, then this will give you a measurable indicator of how you have improved.

If you can't physically do a movement there are options for substitutions! All you need to do is send me a message in the App and I will be happy to adjust the program for you. You always have the option to reach out through social media or email for other substitutions or talk to others who are doing the program.
